「We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group for 3 nights here for a memorable Hawkeye football family weekend. It's older, eclectic and minimalist (kind of a frat house vibe) and could definitely use some TLC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the driveway is quite steep so we were glad it wasn't icy. 「The host was pleasant and very accessible, responded to all questions promptly. It was comfortably furnished and had updated the living space nicely. We plan to return sometime as it was conveniently located near family we were visiting. 」

「Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.」
