「I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The building felt very secure, and the host was incredibly helpful, even providing great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!」

「Everything was perfect! Not too clean but great view! Besides the water service issue half in our stay. But the host offer us other place to stay.」

「Tha apartment was ok with beautiful decoration and very good location but the bath room and the beds cloth was absolutely durty. I had to wash the four bed cover and the air conditioner filter too. Also the balcony was completely durty. My family and I was disappointed」

「We had a great stay. The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked, from beach necessities such as chairs, cooler, boogie boards and snorkeling gear to cooking utensils. 「The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「Super cute and comfortable place with modern appliances and a great location within walking distance of the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it!」

「The apartment was great, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well-maintained the place was. The owner should provide more details about the entrance, such as the building location, floor, and how to access the apartment. This would make it much easier for guests to find the place.」

「I highly recommend staying here! The place was clean and comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach. Sue was a wonderful host. She had things you might forget to pack, or might not have been able to travel with like beach chairs, sunscreen, and towels. If we ever come back to Luquillo, we would definitely look to stay here again!」

「I'm just saying, the beds were awesome!! Firm bedding, nice pillows, fresh cotton sheets. A/C in all 3 bedrooms was a must and a plus. Could have used one in living room but fan was good enough. Host was accessible by phone. Parking garage was a bit tricky. The lobby, which is on main level is where the elevator is so put peeps and luggage out 1st before parking.」

「Our family of five stayed for one night, and it was a perfect place to land after a day at El Yunque. We walked along the beach to dinner (with a view). The condo had everything we needed, and we had great communication throughout. We would definitely book it again.」
