Dear Guest, Thanks for writing us a review. We understand that you had issues with unlocking the door but it is just a common inconvenience that guests have and it is just a simple battery change thats required. The staff resolved the issue quickly. Also if you had a pet in the room you need to tell us at the front desk as we have a pet charge of 10 a night per pet. The pet that was present in the room was also not registered at the front desk, as a result you were charged the pet fee. We have had no negative reviews on the jacuzzi room and it is a room many returning guests favor over any other room. If you had an issue with the scent inside the room you should have addressed the issue the day of checkin in the front desk so we could have given you some sort of compensation. But after checkout we unfortunately cannot give any sort of refund back. The rooms are all maintained daily and in a cleanly manner by our housekeepers. We hope the next time you are around the experience would be as you expected of it.
