This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

“Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We received no check-in instructions and had no idea where to go upon arrival. A man washing a car in the driveway (not the host) directed us down a side yard and into a basement unit (never mentioned in the listing). There was no cell service, so we had to stand outside just to contact the host.The keypad lock didn’t work, and after multiple messages, the host told us not to worry because “the caretaker would make sure no one goes in.” This……

“The most amazing 24hrs! House is pristine, gorgeous view and very airy. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and one more in the main living area. ”

“We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). We can't……

“We had a wonderful trip to Hamptons Bay and this house was a perfect fit for 2 families with kids ages 2-12. The house is beautifully updated, comfortable beds and very clean. The yard is great! Communication was great, my only suggestion is find out the WiFi ahead as our reception was very spotty without it. Great stay!”
