The room was sleek and modern, but the real star was the view—waking up to that turquoise Caribbean water every morning was pure magic.Top-Tier Service: The staff here really knows how to take care of you. From the beach servers to the concierge, the service was excellent and always came with a smile.Beach & Pools: The beach is stunning with powdery white sand, and the pool areas are just as impressive. Whether you want to lounge quietly or be where the action is, the layout is perfect.Food & Drinks: The drinks were fantastic—high-quality spirits and expert bartending. We never had a bad cocktail the whole trip.Vibrant Entertainment: There was always something happening! The entertainment was genuinely fun and kept the vibe upbeat without being overbearing.Overall, it was a perfect getaway. We had a fantastic time and would definitely head back for another round of sun and fun!"

"My overall stay was pretty nice. But the hidden fees is where they get you. We were not prepared at all for all the fees we ended up having to pay for. The stay we had to pay for entering Mexico. Each excursion we paid for they had hidden fees that were not mentioned to us at all. But we still had to pay for “insurance” for EVERYTHING. if I were to go back i definitely would just stay at the resort and not pay for any excursions due to the fact we had to pay for so many other things ruined the experience of exploring the city. I had paid for a transportation from and to the airport. But once we landed I was told my name was not on the list so we had to figure out a way to and from the resort which also costed another 200$ "

"Cyan needs major renovation work Soft beds and hot water were the most reliable things in my jacuzzi room. Staff made my trip the most memorable, a huge thank you to Ricardo and Manuel, Ismellie and Mariana. I will return when improvements are made because location and the pool/beach views were breathtaking!"
