Beachfront 4 Bedroom Luxury Villa Directly On White Sand Beach

"Paradise Blue was the perfect property for my family's vacation last week (June 2026). The location at the water's edge in Palm Cay was terrific, we found the house clean, and a terrific layout for eight guests. Communication was easy, with instant follow up when I reached out to the owners. The Palm Cay facilities were valuable - we used the pickleball courts, gym, paddleboards, beach, and Ink Bar. The Pink Octopus restaurant was close, with an appealing menu of drinks and food. I would eagerly book this property again, we had a fantastic vacation and fun time together as a family."

"Exactly as described and everything all the other reviews say! This place was amazing and we were a group of 8 and were all extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and safe property, everyone loved the pool and stunning private beach. A short drive to anything you may need and many different beaches. Loved the book with recommendations it was very helpful and appreciated. Definitely recommend!!"

"We had a wonderful time. The ocean views are breathtaking! Mike was quick to respond with all our questions. There were 9 of us traveling and we all had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked!"

"The pictures don’t do this place justice. You get the real island feel when you stay here and the view off the back patio is amazing. Great snorkeling right out the back door. Gizelle was wonderful to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly."

"Beautiful home and just steps from the ocean with your own private pool! Tiffany was an amazing host, who was kind and responsive to any questions we had. Don’t miss out on Cabbage beach, a day at Atlantis, snorkeling, and swimming with the pigs. The Pink Octopus was our favorite restaurant and it’s just right down the road from Waterfront Haven. It was a great week for our family!"

"This is a tiny house, but it was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The water could’ve been a little warmer but we have no complaints. Neesa was very helpful in getting us there. It’s a little hard to find because it’s behind a bigger house and you can only see part of the tiny house."
Coral Harbour Beach House And Villas

"We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. A 15 minute drive to Clifton Memorial park offers pristine beaches that are natural and isolated. A 2 minute walk from the Villas takes you to a scuba diving shop offering 2 tank dives and snorkeling twice a day. Lots of fish, a few sharks swimming about with interesting plant life. We enjoy the rustic setting. The rooms come with a kitchen, stove and fridge, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The units contain an upper and lower. Upper having a balcony with a total of 12 ( or more)units. We were told that the place just opened 5 days before we arrived since its closing during COVID. It needs some TLC and is slowly going through a restoration. The cook Keagan had inventive and tasty food offerings as well as excellent advice for local attractions. The assistant cook and the hostess/bartender were cordial and very friendly. They offered a fine selection of Cuban cigars and very nice local beer. If you want to get away from the commercial hotel complexes that charge you an insane $88.00 breakfast, then check it out."
