「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

「Excellent hotel, the staff and rooms are amazing. The host is really really helpful - which is what you need when you need them most. My room was huge and more than enough for me. Clean, tidy and around the area there was more than enough to find as a tourist. They don't do breakfast, but there's loads in the area and that is norm in Belgrade anyway. I can't recommend this place enough.」

「Booked a day before staying, received confirmation from Hotels.com, sent message to the property asking about how to check in, no response. Arrived to the property from my flight to Belgrade at 11:45 pm, check in listed until midnight. Rang the bell, person popped up in a window saying that she doesn't have my reservation and advising me to call listed number. Called, was told to SMS. Asked how to check in, was told that check in until 11 pm and asked to send photo of my passport in WhatsApp....
