「It's the best Hostel in Jerusalem. People is nice, and is very happy to help you any questions. The dorm is also awasome.」

「員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）」

「They do not allow tenant to keep room key and there is no shut inside the room. I felt unsafe! The day I moved in , a full trash can was waiting for me. No one clear it until a big group came a week later.」

「I did the booking for a room but when I arrived I noticed I was in a shared room with black curtains, so not good a privacy. Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature. Roommates kept windows open even when it was freezing and let mosquitos enter to the whole room.. so I couldn't sleep some nights because of mosquitos. You have to deal with...
