Benchmark Central Florida hotels

"The bed was clean & comfortable. The air unit was loud but effective at cooling the room. However, the bathroom had rogue hairs all over, making me think it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet didn’t flush well and took 4-5 attempts just to flush toilet paper. The bath didn’t drain after a shower. For one night, it was just about ok. If I’d booked more than one night, I’d have changed hotels "

"My daughter enjoyed breakfast and the amenities. It is close to everything. there were many selections for breakfast, and tables it’s right by the pool which was pretty great. The hotel was fairly new. I like the Sauna by the pool. I just wish that the room price will be better."

"The property was good but we couldn’t use the big slides the 4 days we were there. The 3rd day the big pool (wave pool) was closed because they were out of staff. Also the lazy river didn’t had enough floaters. There was around 50 people in the river and 5 floaters. There were people that brought their own and they couldn't use it. "

"Easy to find. Conveniently located near Disney, SeaWorld and Universal parks. FREE PARKING with stay. STAFF IS EXCELLENT! Water park is great. Rooms wereVERY CLEAN / tidy. Rating of 3 this stay because they seemed significantly understaffed for Easter weekend/ Spring break. Waited 1hr and 22 minutes in line to get room keys AFTER confirming stay online. No express line for people to just get room keys or for a poor man in front of me whose room key wasn’t working after he had stayed there the first night. He waited in the SAME line for over an hr to get a working key card. However- despite their shift being slammed like that ALL DAY AND EVENING- the staff was courteous, professional and smiling for every guest. That’s an excellent mark of staff that understands customer service. Room reservation was for 4 people. Room slept up to 6. Only 3 sets of towels. When we asked for additional towels, after we had used them all, they were prompt but only delivered 3 more sets. No body wash in shower- the container was empty. Ice machine only seemed to be on the first floor. Perhaps they are getting new ones??? Overall a very good value for a family if 4 on a very busy weekend in Orlando. Have stayed there before and prob will again. Not looking for glamor just a clean room for 4 people. Bunk bed had full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Small food court in lobby with ice cream and pizza. Movie theatre too!!"
