“Staff/ Owners were really responsive and helpful. Property was very safe and secure with guard at gate who was patiently waiting for our arrival. Owners provided us with a 2 bedroom, 2bath apartment with a kitchen and living room and cheerfully and sweetly brought us a delicious breakfast at our personally scheduled time. Couldn’t have asked for more after having a flight cancelled unexpectedly in a city we had never been to. I would definitely come back to this property when coming to explore……

“Nice cozy place in Oakland area , the only downside is the parking but once you get used to drive and park in Guatemala it’s easy in front of property or in the street , other than that very safe and nice neighborhood shopping mall Oakland place very close and convenient from shops to lots of restaurants caffès and pastries , also from hotel you can order food or anything and they will bring it to your room door , also for 20 quetzales around $2.50 you get a tank of water probably around 5……
