中央省郊外小屋

「They had no record of our booking and advised they do not do any bookings online with Hotels.com. Hotels.com is not answering my emails and it is impossible to get any assistance from them. I will never use Hotels.com again.」

「The property was immaculate 」

「This place is so dirty 😭, no WiFi ,only extremely hot water in showers no cold water I absolutely hated my stay」

「The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was cold and had no preasure, rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor. Sub standard and I broke 1water glass and they changed me K100 a total rip off if you ask me. 」

「I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.」

「Very peaceful setting and friendly and helpful staff」

「We arrived from the UK to Tiffany for a wedding. The wedding setting was amazing and all the staff were extremely helpful. The room was extremely basic and the food in the restaurant was dreadful but very surprisingly the wedding food was amazing so maybe different catering staff? I am sure I will never stay there again.」
