「Check-in time was listed as 1pm. Got there at 11am and was told might be able to get a room by 1pm. Went in person at 1pm and was told none available wait till 3pm. Checked in at 3pm got a room. Went into the room the floor was very dirty was not swept/mopped properly. There was animal poop under the couch. There were no bedsheets pillows blankets or anything for the pullout bed.
