“Enjoyed the delicious food, the room, the friendly staff and the excursions (batik workshop and visit to Elmina Castle). The pool, restaurant and rooms are in close proximity. Plenty of space in the restaurant with a nice view of the ocean. We’re vegetarian; had plenty to eat - delicious selections plus the best tasting pineapples and red red. The beach is a short walk. Very relaxing place to visit. ”

“First glanced driving up looks beautiful but once in basic , nothing to shout about. It’s noisy from our room we kept hearing prayer calls from the distance no curtains so you get light in all night. It’s a shame because our rooms were upgraded and staff were friendly but if you plan to eat dinner forget it. It took 2hrs to get our meal when ordered because the same person serving is also the chef. Breakfast was cold and basic and when ordered because we didn’t like the free one it wasn’t great……

“Justice, Peter, Precious and Lawrence are outstanding and go way out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The income from this resort goes to support the local orphanage and the resort has donated water storage systems to many of the local villages. The team is reopening the property after it having been closed for some time and dealing with the challenges as they present. Any time there was an issue it was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. My friend and I were traveling……

“Top Lage mitten im Dorf, direkt neben Castle und Fischerhafen. Bei Nachfrage kümmerte sich das Personal. Frühstück nur Omelette und Kaffee. Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.”

“Totally overpriced. Waited 1,5 hours for lunch and was served overcooked, burnt, overpriced, and bland pasta. Dinner took two hours for the first persons dish to arrive, and three hours for the last group member to get the food. Loud place. Understaffed and obviously not well managed. Rooms are okay, but really not worth that much money. Matrass has this plastic cover that makes you sweat. Basic furniture, shabby lock that took us once ten minutes to open. Almg the beach tehy built this wall……

“The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water on demand. The wifi was strong in my room. The breakfast was very tasty. The bread was toasted and the omelette was just right, hot coffee or Milo. I mixed them both coffee and Milo for a great taste. ”

“We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ……

“Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. ”
