“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no."
I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated.
I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?……
