Top Central United States Hotel Reviews

Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Nice"

Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown
8/10 Good
"The hotel is in a good location downtown. I got a good price on the room, but they got me with the Valet parking. It was $50.00 a night, which is ridiculous. I was there for 5 nights and that Valet took a chunk out of my travel expenses. There was no mention of the cost of valet in Expedia or on the hotel website."

DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas - Campbell Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Great service , the best location in town"

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
10/10 Excellent
"Very large room (#1802) with large corner windows that provides an amazing view of the Gateway Arch. Spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. Plenty of closet space. The TV offers Google Cast so you can watch your favorite shows right from your computer onto the TV. The room has a couch that could sleep an additional guest. If you stay October-April, the arch lights up at night and it's fabulous. Onsite food options include Ruth Chris, a cafe and pub along with a Starbucks. A couple walkable blocks from Busch Stadium. The Gateway Arch park is dust outside the hotel as is the Mississippi River. Close to Ball Park eateries too.
The room has an adjoining door and we could hear the neighbors TV. You also can hear cars on the highway nearby in the middle of the night. Hotel offers valet and self parking. "

Hilton Garden Inn Orange Beach Beachfront
8/10 Good
"Got there early was told room was not available yet, but they took my name and said they would call when room was ready..they never called. I had to check back 4 hours later. Paid for ocean view. Room was at the front of the property so most of my “view” was the pool. Bed was not comfortable and needs replaced."

Loews Kansas City Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable stat"

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
10/10 Excellent
"The bar and restaurant was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The free laundry room with free soap was a huge plus. The location was exactly what we needed for our event at the convention center."

River Hotel
4/10 Poor
"Oh, River Hotel, how do I hate you? Let me count the ways. It was very difficult to find the hotel. It's narrow and short squished between two buildings which are much bigger. The hotels directions are terrible. All I have to say is that it's right next to the Sofitel, and I would've found it immediately. Despite knowing the city well, I spent about an hour driving around looking for it.My car sat out front, engine running, in the valet area for up to 2 hours before *I* saw it and told them to park it. My first key didn't work so I had to traipse back downstairs to get a new one. After I entered my room and got myself organized I looked for the room service menu. I wanted a bite before I left for my event. No room service. Then I remembered the hotel had a lounge which served food. I went downstairs to the lounge, and what did I discover but a room with some comfy chairs a coffee machine and a refrigerator full of water. Period. After having complained, I will say that the rooms and bathrooms are quite clean, above average. So kudos to housekeeping! Also kudos to the young woman working the desk wearing a dark suit and pink glasses. She was tremendously helpful to me. Unfortunately, that car sitting out front ruined the staff score."

Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans
