"10/10 recommend! From airport pickup, to doorman, seamless check-in, cleaning staff, and food service reps - the entire staff was phenomenal! I stayed here for 20 days. Had multiple items from the menu (room service, 2nd floor café, and rooftop skybar) all excellent! I can't rave enough about the food! I tried almost everything on the extensive menu, the food was fresh and expertly prepared/presented. The variety of drinks from non alcoholic to spirits/beer were great. I stayed on the 10th floor so the shower water pressure was low but the temperature was good. The TV remote didnt work great but it was functional enough that I didnt report it. The wifi was adequate for my needs the wntire stay. Anytime I requested more water or toiletries, the staff delivered it within minutes & always with a warm smile. The views from the sky bar almost gave a 360 of Cebu, I took a ton of pictures. Dining on the roof at night is an experience you want.
