"We chose to stay here at the start of our trip to have a few days to chill out after arriving in the Philippines, before moving on to more active locations. We have the option that included breakfast and it was really substantial, and each night we ate at a different restaurant: - Italian and the carbonara was great - Chinese for our wedding anniversary; and the team surprised us with a cheesecake at the end - headed to Buko bar for the last evening, and had a club sandwich and fries and it was great! We got a grab taxi from the airport which was easy, and just due to the early time of our flight in the morning, we paid for the car to the airport. The team were so kind and put together a breakfast for us to takeaway with us including pastries, sandwich, fruit and drinks."

"Great stay but staff was rude in lobby about outside food while we were sitting waiting for a Grab. Even though nobody else was ordering food either and it was 85% empty."

"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path and read all the informational signs on the resort's considerable biological diversity. The resorts' views including the accessible spa also suggest what paradise might look like."

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional.
