「The back porch is in need of a deep clean and the furniture could use new cushions. One swivel chair is completely broken and you’ll fall through if you sit in it. The pots and pans all need to be replaced (they did bring us 2 while we were there). There are several poison ivy/oak plants in the yard ( they did come a clip them) so be careful because they will grow back. The location is great, the dock is great and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host is quick.」

「Clean property, clean & comfortable room, good breakfast, great location next to I-59. The staff was friendly and professional. The only downfall was that a vagrant was asleep on the bench in the smoking area on one particular night. He woke up and asked me for money and a cigarette. I do not smoke and gave him neither. It was a little unsettling, but he went on his way while I was entering the hotel. Did not see him again. Only suggestion is maybe more security on the grounds and parking lot...
