“Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom. “We chose this for an overnight stop, with our pet furry friend, on our way from Santander to Portuguese Silver Coast. Pet friendly and self-catering appealed to us. The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. She went out of her way to show us the accommodation and walk us through the pretty village to the local restaurant, telling us a little about the place as we went.

“We absolutely LOVED staying here!!! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The town was positively beautiful and peaceful. If you want to feel like you’ve truly experienced Portugal, you should definitely stay here.
