「Keurig en schoon hotel, eenvoudig maar perfect voor een doortocht overnachting naar de franse alpen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor het bistro restaurant dien je wel te reserveren maar dat kon nog bij aankomst rond 18:00 uur.」

「The stay at Hostellerie Sarrasine was more than lovely. The grounds are well kept and beautifully tended. The room was traditional and had modern technology. The best part was the food and service. The Famille Bévy had the most delicious French food; their cook incredible. The Bresse chicken is a must. The wine options phenomenal. The Famille Bévy were accommodating and so very warm to us. Would highly recommend this place for any looking to warm the soul. 」

「Accueil sympathique. Environnement extérieur approximativement entretenu (cendrier avec mégots sur la table de la terrasse de notre chambre).... Petit déjeuner pris en espace commun, avec litière du chat à changer + carafe d'eau demandée dans laquelle nageait un centipėde ! 」

「Meget imødekommende værtspar. Flot renoveret chateaux med store værelser med moderne badeværelse med flot finish. Morgenmaden (med friskbagt baguette, croissanter og hjemmelavet honning og marmelade) blev indtaget i et meget lille rum, som ikke levede op til min forventning om en stort flot spisestue, når opholdet forgik på et chateaux. Men bortset fra det var det en meget fin oplevelse.」

「Everything was great! Beautiful little apartment, nicely renovated and decorated, easy to park in front, and easy access to the beautiful parc of the castle. And of course, super quiet! 」

「The staff were very good. Welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. Due to renovations the restaurant had moved to a room normally used for events. The meal was outstanding and service wonderfull. Would happily return just for the cuisine. Will look forward to comkng back after the restaurent is ready.」
