The cozy and comfortable chalet "Il Poggio del Castagno" is a detached, two-story holiday rental in Cerano D'intelvi, Italy. While the property offers parking for up to 3 cars, the motor access to the grounds is a steep 200-meter drive.

Unit Layout
The vacation property is a 3-room chalet with a total area of 65 square meters spread across two levels. The cozy and wooden furniture lends a warm and inviting ambiance. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet, along with an exit leading to the garden and swimming pool. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This level also provides access to the garden and a balcony. Additionally, there is another double bedroom on the upper floor.

Amenities Included
The chalet is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals. The property also offers air conditioning, gas heating (available from October 15 to April 30), and natural stone floors throughout. Outside, you can enjoy a large balcony, two large terraces with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue area, and four deck chairs.

Other Information
The chalet boasts a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, valley, and countryside, providing a picturesque setting for your vacation. Additional facilities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer.
