「Fabulous property , the rooms have been done to a very high standard . Gorgeous bathroom and facilities are great too . The mini bar was a nice touch as was the complimentary ice cream .
Best hairdryer I’ve ever used , lovely fluffy bathrobes , I could go on…」

「I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away.
The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that.」

「We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year.
