Great location, just few steps from the beach, staff was very freindly and helful, however not sure why pool and sauna is for extra fee also for the hotel guests, this is not standard for the 4 stars hotel

Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man sich in einem Bett einen Lattenrost und kein Holzbrett. Deshalb waren die Nächte ungemütlich, sodass meine Frau nach den Übernachtungen zum Arzt gehen musste. Das Frühstück war für ein 4Sterne Hotel sehr dürftig. Es hat oft an Nachschub gemangelt und die Auswahl war sehr gering für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Hotel 4 étoiles mais qui ne les vaut pas. Couloirs bruyant et on entends d’une chambre à l’autre.,il est marqué piscine dans le descriptif mais la piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont payants. En plus, les dames de l’accueil ne sont pas très aimables. Ce qui sauve un peu : le petit dej compris et l’amabilité des serveuses.

Das Personal war zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber die Zimmer auch. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat war, dass es keinen Hinweis gibt, dass man den Wellness Berich extra bezahlen muss. Alles in allem hatten wir ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit super leckerem liebevoll angerichtetem Essen.

Heerlijke plek

Wij hadden een appartement op de benedenverdieping en dat was schoon gezellig en compleet. Parkeren kon tot voor de deur en in de moderne badkamer zat zelfs een infrarood sauna. De plek is heerlijk en een welkome afwisseling na een week steden bezoeken.

Ein Top Hotel

Schönes Hotel wir hatten ein Appartement im Nebengebäude cool gemacht in maritimen Stil. Guter Service es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Sehr gerne wieder.

Úžasný víkend na úžasném místě

výlet s kamarádkami se velmi povedl ve všech směrech, moderní ubytování na příjemném, krásném a klidném místě, wellness super, obsluha příjemná. Mile jsme byli li trochu nespokojeni s úpravou jídel.

Our room on the 3rd floor was so hot that we couldn't sleep. Their is no air conditioning, no fan, and the windows only open a little way. Noise carries so rooms are not quiet either. Asked for a credit at checkout but did not even receive a response from the desk clerk. Would have appreciated standard toiletries being provided. The location is beautiful though.

Sehr ruhig und erholsam; wenn der Zubau fertig ist, wird es auch wieder ein Augenschmaus sein. Das Essen und das Bier sind ausgezeichnet, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch in der Regatta-Bar.

Relax....Top Zimmer, Top Frühstück

Ich Persönlich würde dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen....Lage weit weg vom Schuss... 5-6 Häuser sonst nix..kein Restaurant kein Laden nix. In 16 Km Entfernung der Ort Frymburg...alles vorhanden. Ohne Auto ist man Aufgeschmissen. Was wir auch nicht wussten.....eine riesige BAUSTELLE vor dem Hoteleingang Richtung See....dort entsteht ein Wellnesstempel....ich denke mal dieses Bauvorhaben wird nicht vor ende Juni Abgeschlossen sein... Darüber wurden wir vorher in keinster weise Informiert...was uns sehr geärgert hat... mfg Jürgen u. Evi

Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind

Das Hotel übertraf die Erwartungen. Ausstattung neu. Essen vorzüglich! Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wände waren dick, daher ruhige Nächte. Mankos: Südseitige Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, dh es kann Nachts etwas unangenehm werden. Einchecken erst ab 16:00 möglich - das könnte etwas früher gehen.

Nightmare experence

They informed the very morning that they didn't have a room we booked. So, they recommended us stay in the pension or whatever the name is. They offered us a discount. Since I couldn't find any other hotel at the moment, I accepted the offer. We went there and it was the most dirty place I've ever stayed. (It was worse than my army camp 15 years ago) I realized later that it was a room for the hotel staff. The drunken staff tried to open our room at 1 AM and my wife and son were very scared. It was just a nightmare.
