Cervinia Hotel with Pool

"Everything about the hotel & the fantastic staff that work there was exceptional. We had 11 days at the Mont Cervin Palace for our honeymoon and the staff could not do enough for us. From the moment we arrived until the day we left everything was perfect. From Pedro in the boot room,staff in the bar & restaurants….it was all perfect. Can’t wait to return. "

"This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!"

"The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "

"The location is super convenient, very close to train station which makes it very easy for us to travel with luggages; close to all jids of transportations for skiing and walking distance to the cemter of village. Hotel itself is very comfortable with great layout and good storage in the room. Fantastic breakfast selections and the onsite ski rental makes it very easy for us. "
