"There were three things that let the house down. The first problem was a totally inadequate WiFi. To get a good signal you had to be in the little room where the box was. The WiFi was weak in the bedrooms and very poor in the garden. In this day and age that is not good enough.Secondly the grass in the garden was very overgrown and simply needed cutting. "Wonderful and happy stay in property! Lovely pool and facilities, only thing missing are cushions for the sun beds (which are metal and get very hot) and comfy pillows on the bed! Cleanliness could have been a little better but it’s a traditional rustic property. It’s a characterful house and great communications from the host who was understanding about various questions I had! The area is second to none and there is so much to do. "Fabulous place to stay outside Albi. Wonderful surroundings, quiet and comfortable."

"The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language."
