The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"

"I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. If you can stand the cigarette odor lingering on your pillow and blanket, this is the place. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place."
