"8/19 stay started out good. Arrived 330 pm. Gentleman at the desk told me our room was not ready and he took my mobile #. Waited until 405 pm while he was checking others in. I stayed in the lobby in plain view of him. I went back to the desk ask if my room was ready he said let me check. He sad your name is what. He then said let me check. Your room is ready. Wow. Never got a mobile alert. After the wait received cards to the room and the keys did not work. Back down with the luggage. Got the cards reprogrammed. He did not say anything like sorry about that. He just passed the cards to me. He was very rude."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but I would suggest a few things. Troy was an amazing host and welcomed me to the hotel. The other staff members didn’t really say good morning. The breakfast area was clean and there was always water. However there were 2 days that that I had to leave at 7 and unfortunately there wasn’t even coffee brewed by 7:15. Rooms were very spacious and clean and the overall hotel was clean and maintained. Access to the room was seamless and I always delft safe as a solo traveler."
