The location and amenities at this hotel were great! We used the pool, sauna, and steam room every day after skiing. The room was clean and it was easy to get a bus to the ski resorts from the location. The one downside was that the room was small which made it hard with our ski equipment, even with the ski locker. Despite this we would stay again!

Great for families. If you want a quieter experience you might want to stay somewhere else. Lots of kids and the lobby restaurant gets chaotic. The rooms, beds, spa and staff are great! The restaurant food was marginal at best. Not a fan! But there are great restaurants all over so it didn’t matter to us. location A++++ right by the train station and out of the chaos of town.

The room, breakfast and location were very good. The room appeared dark as there was not enough light in the sitting area. There should be more information about the two most visited sights - the mont blanc and the mer de glace. They could easily show the live webcams on their lobby tv sets.SPA was very good.

This is a great hotel. Very nice and clean with many amenities. They stored our luggage during our 8 day trek around My Blanc. When we came back from hike our room was ready and this hotel was prefix to recharge our bodies after a gruelling 8 day hike. Would love to come back.
