「Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. 「酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受」
