“Notre avion a eu un retard conséquent la reception étant fermée à notre arrivée, le veilleur de nuit nous a accueilli chaleureusement et à tout mis en oeuvre pour rendre notre séjour agréable en nous proposant même de nous surclassé. ”

“Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. “Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !”

“What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas. The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. “I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. “This hotel was very close to the ferry boat marina and cruise ship docks. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck. My room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge and a working air conditioner. The large deck was for all guests and overlooked the street.
