42 sqm + 2 balconies. South facing. 1st floor.
Résidence is 5 minutes by foot from the centre and 10 minutes by foot from cable car and ski slopes, in front of the swimming-pool.
Location "La Roue".
Living-room with kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, washing-machine) and sofa (television).
Shower-room. Separate WC.
Up stairs :
1 bedroom with double bed - south balcony.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Ski-locker.
Animals not allowed.
For this rental, HOUSEHOLD LINEN is available: sheets, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels.
Please reserve at least 3 weeks before your arrival at the Agence Com in Pralognan.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très bien aménagé et qui correspondait parfaitement à notre attente que ce soit au niveau de l’arrangement, de l’équipement, de la place, … très bien dans son ensemble.

Séjour très agréable

Logement confortable et fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut comme materiel (appareils à raclette et fondue très appréciés) , nous y avons séjourné à deux jeunes couples, les deux chambres permettent de respecter l'intimité de tous. Terrasse très agréable, nous en avons bien profité au retour des pistes. Proximité du centre et du téléphérique (3min à pied) mais impossible en bottine de ski à cause de la dénivellation, cependant la navette est à moins de 100m pour le téléphérique. Parking privatif très pratique. Sherpa à 5min à pied. NB: Boulangerie "la marmottine" délivre le pain entre 6 et 7 h pour 2€ de supplément et nous recommandons le shuss gourmand pour les spécialités locales avec accueil chaleureux. Champagny est une très jolie station avec beaucoup de charme, aux portes du domaine de la Plagne Paradiski, nous reviendrons! Bonnes vacances aux suivants !
