“The place was clean and orderly with a friendly staff. Their English was very limited but they tried their best to answer any questions. There were five of us. We all had a nice stay.”
"No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room.
Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply. "
