“The staff were very friendly & helpful and allowed us an earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. There was a lot of choice and it was fresh & of a high quality. If you asked, they would also prepared additional types of eggs for you: (poached & omelette). Their restaurant food was nice and handy too, although the alcohol was expensive. I didn’t use the pool, however the seating area was comfortable and clean. My room was cleaned to a high standard everyday & my tea,……

“Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

“A lovely rural hotel in the parish of St. Martin, about 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15-20 minutes from St. Peter Port. Located on narrow, winding roads, the hotel provides an excellent base for exploring the island. Reception is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms with walk-in shower are spotless. Efficient and capable staff freshen up the room each day. There is a pool and a large sitting area outside (but not in use……

“Yes it did invite pets but I do not want to go to breakfast with them barking. Staff not very helpful or tell about your choice for breakfast and they serve coffee and hot water in flasks which was cold. And all you had was 2 sockets in your room nothing by the bed ”

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“One of the most peaceful and quietest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff from reception to the waiting staff. All professional and extremely courteous. Breakfast was that expected at a top restaurant ! We will return to this hotel for sure. ”
