"We couldn't really fault the apartment. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sinks not draining, but the Concierge Services sorted that for us. There is plenty of room, well equipped and the view form the large balcony was really nice. There was plenty of parking out front (and there is a indoor garage if needed) with stair and lift access to the apartment. The proximity to the slopes was brilliant with easy access to the main ski lifts and back to the apartment at the end of the day....

"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. "Beautiful room. Great shower: hot water with strong pressure. The bathtub was large and comfortable. Defogging mirror, ideal for shaving after the shower. It was cold outside, but the heater was simple to use and effective. The front desk staff was welcoming and respectful. Coming into the hotel or going out, I was always greeted. I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. Perfect experience!"

"The room was expected- for the money paid - so no complaints there Staff we dealt with were attentive and informative However within 2 hours of being a the hotel ( we were parked directly outside the front of the hotel ) Our van was broken into 90% of our luggage and personal items taken ( ruining the 2nd week of our touring break ) - and rendering the van unusable due to two windows being smashed (no way of securing the van overnight etc) Hotel acknowledged difficulties in the area and did advise no belongings on show - which all were heeded as locked in a rear -out of sight compartment not on show at all If you stay in this budget hotel be sure to park in the nearby multi story ( ridiculously expensive) this rendering the hub not good value overall"

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"
