“As they say: location, location, location! Petit Hameau is the most centrally located, best address for a stay in Chantilly. Walkable to everything: markets, restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques, bus stops accessible & inexpensive. About 15 minute walk from Chateau Chantilly. It was nearly 100°F during our trip with no AC and no fan/ventilator, so we bought one for the unit and left for future guests. May need to purchase soaps and toilet paper, as supplies were low upon arrival (we did).……

“The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. Very disappointed because we have to spend more than……
