“The women on reception was so friendly and helpful and interested in our stay, she's a credit to herself and to the hotel. The staff in the dining room were all friendly and efficient too. The room was a standard double with a very comfortable bed but the bathroom was poorly designed with a very small toilet seating area next to a small wash handbasin installed with a large surround which, if smaller, would have made using the toilet more comfortable.
