“What I wanted was a clean place to sleep and a place to take a shower. This did the job. The outside was a little rough and unkempt inside was OK. I felt safe enough in the location and it was not noisy”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”

“We hadn’t heard from the owner until the day of checkin after I reached out, but their response was timely enough for our stay and very easy instructions to get in, so that was an overall okay experience. The house thermostat was around 55 upon our arrival late in the evening at 10:40pm. There were quite a few cobwebs that seemed as if no one had been there to attend to the place in a while. Little bit of trash found under one bunk bed and a Pepsi bottle in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise, it had……

“We needed a place close to Ft. Riley for a quick weekend trip from Colorado. It was perfectly located for us. Kids LOVED the built in bunk beds. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

Fabulous experience with the host, amazingly responsive and she bent over backwards to let us check in early. Being able to walk to Eisenhower Park was awesome for our 3-year-old, as was the swing out front. Thanks for a great trip!”
