「We attended the VATAT conference at the ABC Center. Your place was the perfect location; very clean; and very cool! We hope to stay there again next year for our conference. 」

「The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.」

「The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. 」
