「We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor.」

「My family and I had a wonderful time at this adorable little home! The pictures are accurate, and Amelia is very responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed the outside area, and with permission we had a few of my Dad's friends come over for dinner, and everyone had a great time! 「House was beautiful, lovely decor and furniture. Deck was well appointed with hot tub, grill, patio set. Would have liked just slightly more privacy, side deck was visible from road so passersby could see us hanging out in the hot tub, a privacy screen to the roadside would be an excellent addition. Otherwise, private back area to woods which was nice. 」

「The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property.」

「Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay near Lake Rathbun. This property was the perfect spot for our 8 couples to stay comfortably with some privacy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating to ensure we had a positive experience. Incredible experience all around!」

「We had a great weekend relaxing and playing in the water. The cabins were so clean. There was a great variety of water toys for the whole family to enjoy. The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.」

「We had a WONDERFUL time at the Hen House! Our girls were overjoyed with all the toys, books, games, and puzzles to play with, not to mention the swings, bikes, fire pit, animals, and everything else! Lori and Lee are AMAZING hosts and truly have got you covered for anything you can think of!There’s absolutely no question that when we come back to Indianola, we’ll be staying here again! 」
