「We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place...

「I was very disappointed with this VRBO apartment, especially for two older adults. The space is incredibly cramped and the VRBO pictures don't accurately represent the actual layout. For instance, there's a comfortable-looking chair in the pictures that doesn't exist in the apartment. The bed is placed in a small alcove, making it difficult to access, especially for older adults.The bathroom is equally small, as is the shower. There were cockroaches in the bathroom along with a moldy shower curtain, active mouse traps set up in one closet, very dirty windows, plastic bottles and soda cans discarded in front of the front window (which is directly at the view level), broken plastic blinds on the back window, and some of the furniture was broken or dirty. 「The second bedroom fits a twin bed and nightstand, that’s it. Our 24 y.o. daughter slept on couch instead due to the proximity of her parents bed and the fact we would have to enter the bathroom through her room. Maybe okay for a young school-age child or toddler. Main bedroom tight on the far end of bed. Kitchen could have had creamers for coffee and fresh tea bags. Otherwise living areas were very nice, location terrific, and Christie pleasant and attentive.」
