「Was great for trip needs. Place to park, close to transit stops (both metro and bus), and a king sized bed. Slight issue with cleaners arriving post check-in time but host was responsive to messaging about the problem. Zero issues with walking in neighborhood both, early morning and late at night. Know It is a basement unit in an old structure. Taller people might be uncomfortable with the lower ceiling and soffit areas. The areas with soffit might be an issue for people above 6’2” and the...

「Great location! Nice to be in a local neighborhood near a park, but also close enough to the Capitol and Mall for those activities. Plenty of space to relax and rest in the middle of the day if needed. Will come back!」

「No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.」

「Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again.」

「It was living history while we explored history. So homey in a historical place with wonderful amenities.」

「The house is clean and I am happy with everything. The kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t expect the snacks. My family enjoyed the stay.」

「This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was...
