Spacious Close to Folly Beach

The house was very spacious with all the emenities available. Close to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Good location.

Awesome location and furnishings

This house was exactly what we needed for our family. Lots of run and the furnishings were very nice. Location was great since close to Folly Beach, downtown Charleston, and a grocery store and local beach store. It would have been great to have some kind of entertainment such as cornhole boards, foosball table, etc. Overall - we had an excellent stay! Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

A Great Vacation

We had a great stay on James Island/Folly Beach. The property was perfect for us. Just the right amount of room, clean, modern, nicely decorated, etc. Five minutes from the beach, 20 from Charleston. Fairly priced. Charleston was beautiful, Folly beach was just what we were looking for (clean beach, fun, lively little beach town). We would absolutely stay here again.

James Island home

House was nice, but a little dated. Large bedrooms with nice beds. The location was a little farther away from our friends than we wanted but close to Folly beach and restaurants. The overall neighborhood needs work. But this house is nice

Perfect location for our stay. The bedrooms are huge, so plenty of room. Great neighborhood, with a Harris Teeter just a minute away. Great resturants nearby and beach so close. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family Visit

The house was a perfect fit for the 4 of us staying for the week. It was close to our family who resides in the neighborhood and near local conveniences. We would stay here again when visiting Charleston!

Two weeks off the beach in Folly

We were worried that staying two miles from the beach would dampen our normal joy of Folly. It didn’t location was fine and saving some &&& enabled us to stay longer.Only concern I had was taking a tumble the first day going down the backyard stairs. That last step was to deep. You need another stair.Craig Evans

In town for medical procedure

Amazing!! I was in town for a bone marrow donation for my brother. I was definitely not as upbeat as I normally was so spent a lot of time in the rental. I loved the couch so comfortable and sizable. Tv was huge and I was able to hook my xbox up very easily. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for usage. I was on restricted exposure for human contact so cooking was essential and easy. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. 10/10

Minor issues during our visit.

There were several issues that existed prior to our stay that were being addressed while we were there. They replaced one of the air conditioners the first day we were there and it went great. There was also an issue with the lights not working in the master bathroom. They weren’t fixed until the night before we left. All in all it was a great stay. We wanted to check in prior to 4:00, but no one responded to my messages.

Beach getaway

Lovely home 2 miles from the beach! Plenty of room in this clean and stocked home. Quiet neighborhood close to 3 grocery stores and restaurants. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfy! We had everything we needed for a great weekend with our family!
