Great location

Within walking distance of great restaurants, communication was very easy - thermostat was a bit wonky , and gardener came supper early Sunday morning to blow leaves.Will stay here again

Good location

It is in a great location in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to drive from to any where in the city. It has dedicated parking. Only down side is if you have loud upstairs neighbors you will here everything including conversations.

Fun Stay

Nice walk to King St....awesome location. Great communication. Could have used a few more towels but other than that we had an awesome stay. Would recommend or stay again.

Spacious Clean Comfortable… bit noisy

We loved the apartment. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. In a great neighborhood with lots of establishments within walking distance. The dedicated parking space was so nice. We only gave it 3 stars due to the noise from the upper neighbor. We could hear every step including some conversations when in the bedroom. That can be understood in an older house but unacceptable when they came home at 3am stomping around and dropping things on the floor, waking all of us up.

Very nice and spacious apartment

The apartment is quite large - good size bedroom, large kitchen, large living room and two full baths. The location is within walking distance (15 minutes) to King Street where there are many restaurants. It felt like a safe area. It is on a busy street which can be noisy and because it's an old building, the upstairs neighbors can be heard coming and going. There is a sound machine which was helpful! The apartment was clean and had basic essentials like coffee, sugar, S&P and olive oil.

We greatly enjoyed the adorable place! As others have said parking is tight but we have a mini van and did just fine! The place was clean and well stocked!

Charming single in Charleston

This is a lovely property, the lower story of a single. It has 3 large rooms, living room, eat-in kitchen and bedroom with en suite. A second full bath is off the LR; both baths have large showers, no tubs. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is downtown, so a little noisy, as you would expect; walking distance to many things, including the Medical University of South Carolina. Property management staff responds to all messages within minutes, which is great!

Spacious space

The condo was beautiful. The main bathroom has such an interesting floor I took photos of it! We had everything we needed there- I appreciated the generous supplies. Communication with the management was plentiful and smooth and getting in was easy. The location worked out very well for us. We walked to a beautiful restaurant. I would recommend this accomodation.

Charming

This apartment was tucked away behind a restaurant and was much bigger than I thought! It was fully equipped and perfect for a weekend getaway. The negatives are the apartment is in a direct flight path of the airport so you will hear a lot of plane traffic. There is also a fire station close by, which resulted in a couple of wake up sirens. Parking is very tight, in fact we did have an issue with an employee of the restaurant. The management company responded quickly and assured us the owners would be notified for future reference. We ended up handling it ourselves but wanted the owners to know what was going on. The bed is very firm, a little too hard for me, but that is a personal preference. It was great for a weekend!

Owner is awesome

Loved it. For 2 people, its a nice sized place. Wished i could of brought the showers and kitchen home with me lol. The owner was very nice and quick to respond about ANY questions. Be nice if every owner ive dealt with was as AMAZING as this owner. Id recommend this place. Thanks again for having us

Charleston Trip

Nice location. Parking could be tough to get out of depending on time of day. The property manager was very quick to reply to questions and bring more towels by. Overall a nice place and would recommend it. One thing to note would be the upstairs property (I assume also a short term rental) is very loud - specifically the floor. Nothing I don’t think can be done here and it wasn’t a huge bother to us, but just something to note. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property with just a few little glitches

The property is on the first floor of an older Charleston home with a nice little porch to sit on. Everything was as described and pictured. It's a very convenient location with multiple restaurant options within one block. Property was clean and maintained. The neighborhood was good for taking a walk. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. There are some minor concerns that a future renter needs to be aware of, mainly the noise of whomever is staying upstairs. You can hear everything. I don't know if a family was renting short-term upstairs or if it's their residence but they have a toddler who took to running up and down the length of the apartment several times during the first night we were there. It didn't happen after that but we did hear them during the day, which was fine but if you don't want to hear a child then check with the rental company before booking. The other thing I would suggest is bringing your own coffee. My option was some stale Maxwell House and only enough for two mornings. I good idea would be to partner with Bad Bunny coffee across the street to stock with and advertise. Also a few more towels would be good. I would stay at the property again despite the few little glitches. Just be aware it may not be as quiet as you anticipate but couldn't be beat for convenience.

Overnight stay

Check in was easy, beautiful apartment centrally located. My boyfriend and I walked to a corner restaurant with our dog and they were very welcoming of our pup. This property was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room, very clean, great communication with owner. Walkable to many attractions but about a mile and half to the French Quarter. If we did not want to walk it, there was an Uber available in minutes. Great stay!

Summer stay

Cute property. Bed was super cozy. Real feel outside was 108 degrees, the AC had real struggles to keep up but that was expected. Loved the location, easy walk to King St and College of Charleston.

Many restaurants on the street, beautiful architecture. In front of the home is a vegan restaurant which is amazing apartment was roomie, great bathrooms in a very functional kitchen was very comfortable, and I loved the decor

Our Charleston getaway

The house was cute, comfortable, spacious rooms, and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Shower was great, and had plenty of towels. We stayed less than 2 full days and were gone most of the time so we didn’t use any of the appliances or amenities so I can’t comment on them. It wasn’t easy to find at first because the entrance sits back behind the building. The parking was a little difficult especially if you have a large vehicle. You are attached to an upstairs unit that gets loud, especially at night with kids coming in late. You can hear everything. Overall It was nice I’d return for a short trip.

Charledton Stay Duvet

Enjoyed the sights in Charleston as well as the restaurants. We could get to many places by walking. Easy grocery delivery that alliwed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner when we wanted to. We actually did miss cable. We arent much into streaming. But we spent most of our time ecploring. We really enjoyed spending a day at the beach. But fair warning, Uber can get you there but they dont get you back. You have to get a local cab.
