“Clean room and breakfast”

“This location has two different brands here: Comfort Inn and Quality Inn. It appears that one brand is more well-maintained, and the price reflects that level of comfort. Located next to the property, in front of the hotel or from the side, depending on which brand you're staying at, is a McDonald's and a gas station, which is supposed to be a truck stop. Across the street, it looked like there was a Subway and a I-Hop. Overall, okay for a quick stop overnight when in Charleston, probably not……

“The lobby was nice but our room was very rundown. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and there was a wood shelf next to the shower that looked like they got from a thrift shop and it was in very bad condition. Faucet in bathroom was not installed correctly and was hard to turn off. Very disappointed. Definitely needs some room updates!”

“Staff was nice and helpful, location wasn't ideal but nice none the less. Loved their options on bathroom amenities and their pillows were so comfortable! The pool was nice but very humid inside. All around, I give it a 7/10”

“Very nice and welcoming staff. Our room was comfortable and walkable to get dinner. Our floor was missing its ice machine, otherwise zero issues.”

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”
