Great location, friendly staff, great restaurant, lobby bar, and wonderful rooftop bar/pool/lounge. The property is a little older, but that's to be expected in a historic area. We had a lovely time and would certainly stay here again!

We’ve stayed here multiple times & thoroughly enjoy the charm of the hotel, the decor, cuisine quality, overall cleanliness & location. All top notch. The staff are professional, courteous & extremely accommodating. Theresan at the front desk is wonderful & we look forward to our next visit at the Market Pavilion. We highly recommend this property. I stayed in room 305. No view but also very quiet. The rooms have a lot of traditional Charleston charm. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom probably could be updated but was clean and nice. Hotel has no lobby which is a little strange. Key system needs to be upgraded as ours kept getting demagnetized. Nice that the way have pastries and snacks on the hallways.
