This was our second stay at this property. Love the convenience to the beach but is in a quiet area. Condo is clean and the beach chairs are a great addition.

Easy first floor access. Beach access was great. Would note recent storms heavily eroded the beach. Still was great walking north and south. Unit was great for a couple and would be well suited for couple with kids.

Very nice condo. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. Kitchen was stocked well enough to make breakfast and dinner a couple of days. I didn't see it in the pictures, but there is a Keurig machine which was great! The bed was comfortable and so was the chaise. It was my reading chair when we were inside. The condo is showing a little wear, but overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

It was a cute condo located in a perfect location. I love the main level for walking out directly to the beach but was able to hear the people above at 6 AM. I really needed the get away and it was perfect!

Our stay at Port O'Call was exactly what we needed! It was perfect for our family with 2 little ones. Beautiful views and the location was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because from the pictures, I believed the pool was the one right outside our porch and in the pictures, unfortunately, that belongs to the neighboring complex. The pool that belonged to our complex was behind another unit (still very close) however we were disappointed with the upkeep of it. It was always full of leaves/dirt on the bottom and the water level DID NOT reach the filters on the side so they couldn't do their job to keep it clean. According to other people staying at the facility, there was someone there daily and skimming the top of the pool but we would stop by it daily to see if the conditions were any better which they were not. If we didn't have our 2 little ones with us we would have just been down at the beach the whole time but with an 18 month old it would have been nice to take advantage of the pool more. That was a little disappointing.The unit itself was steps away from the beach and it had amazing views to wake up to every morning! The porch was so relaxing and was the perfect touch to spend the evenings.

Beautiful stay in a fabulous location

This condo was nicely appointed and it sits in Wild Dunes which is a fabulous community in IOP. The condo was clean, except for the mold in the shower base and on the shower curtain liner. There was very loud construction RIGHT outside our unit for the entire week which started at 8 am and the noise and beeping and sawing went on all day long until 6:30 pm. Which, when you rent a condo on the beach with a screened in porch so you can lounge and read, is not enjoyable at all. Definitely not what you looked forward to. So we found ourselves trying to get away from the unit as much as possible. We should have been told about that in advance. It would have been the right thing to do. And we were also put off by the fact that the pool immediately next to our unit, was not the pool we had access to. The one we had access to was not far, but it also wasn't as nicely kept. And the bbq grill that was advertised, was actually in the pool we were not allowed to use. So, a little misleading.

Great getaway

This is a very nice, large condo in a great location. The walk is quick and easy to the beach. We really loved having the beach chairs available to use. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time overall. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Brian was great at communication and any questions we had he was quick to text back and answer. The only cons were the security guard at the gate was extremely rude when we were getting our parking pass, and then there was a mix up about which pool we could use and a strange woman, who we assume was from the units next to us, followed my kids back to our condo and proceeded to berate us for using that pool. Other than those things, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.
