Entry to our rental couldn't have been easier, everything was lovely when we arrived. The bedrooms and their baths are nicely designed and practical with space for toilet bags and suitcases. the living space is big with plenty of seating for everyone in the family. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being able to walk all over Charleston. Thanks
Excellent!! Extremely neat and tidy. Lovely, roomy bedrooms. Loved the front porch! The kitchen was fully stocked. Communication with host was a ten out of ten. Extremely easy check in and check out. A wonderful home! Highly would recommend.
This property was a wonderful place to relax, a wonderful place to make meals and very comfortable for four people tohave personal and together spaces.
Loved our stay here ! The porch was the best. Enjoyed wine in the evenings and coffee in the mornings! Great space and close to lots of places to eat and drink
This place was terrific! It was walkable to everything we wanted to see, quiet, and had everything we needed. The front porch was enjoyed throughout our stay and so was the living room/TV to watch a football game. The beds were comfortable and having your own bathroom was a plus. We will be back again!
We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Beautiful porch… very comfortable furnishings. One thing needed step stools for the bed , we were all vertically challenged…
My girlfriend and I rented the unit. What a lovely place. Each having our room/bathroom yet a full living room, kitchen. Front porch was such a wonderful place to relax after sightseeing each day.
The house is even better than the pictures. The bedrooms, bathrooms and layout are great. Having a parking space and the location was a cherry on top. Anyone that is looking to stay in this area, should absolutely consider this property!
Very nice, very clean and well appointed condo with a wonderful front porch. It has all the charm of Charleston with modern updates We enjoyed our stay. The reserved parking was pretty tight but that’s usual for Charleston.
We loved every part of our stay! The house was exactly as it was in the photos and perfect for our family of four. Perfect location where we could walk to and from, but also far enough where you felt like you were not in the heart of tourism. We loved enjoying our morning (and evening beverages) on the adorable porch. We will for sure be back and stay here again. Only a small FYI on parking, we rented a large vehicle so although not a negative on our rental be aware the alley to the parking is tight. We had no issues getting in or out but was something we will reconsider on our car rental choice for next time.
This condo/apartment was so nice! I loved how it was historic, yet had modern appliances, bathrooms, and kitchen. The location was walkable to King St. and the colleges. The iron and ironing board just need to be replaced :)
This place worked perfectly for us! Great location, clean, spacious! Great place for two couples! Only recommendation would be a couple more hand towels and a dish cloth and dish soap. We could’ve cleaned up even better if we had some of that. :-) was an absolute wonderful place, close to everything downtown.
This home was exactly the home we were looking to find in Charleston. It was well appointed, comfortable, pristinely clean, and everything was in working order. Just beautiful! The parking spot in the rear of the home was an extra benefit. We just loved the front porch, had coffee out there each morning. No complaints at all, and if we return, we'll stay here again!
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to shopping, attractions and dining. I had great morning runs. Kitchen provisions were less than optimal for cooking anything more than basic. Washer didn't work and called to get it fixed but they weren't able to prior to our departure. I was given a credit for that.
Very comfortable . Only criticism is the
beds were so high for a short, older woman (me !), that I needed help ! Funny, but humbling...I would stay again. We
were so busy, we didn't have enough free time to enjoy your place properly. Thanks.
Spent a long Easter weekend here with my daughter and her boyfriend. We were joined by my son and his girlfriend from Mt. Pleasant for brunches on the porch and cocktails before dinners out. The place is a wonderful mix of old Southern charm and modern amenities and finishes. It's clean and kept up very well. Beds are super comfy. Just know that along with that historic charm comes creaky old floors so be prepared to hear the folks above you walking around!
Only feedback would be to replace the three coffee pots (2 missing carafes and one tiny drip machine) with a Keurig for simplicity.
Location is a walk from everything on the peninsula. It's super nice overall and we'll definitely consider staying here on our next visit.
On site parking was a plus. A few blocks away from King St with ample shopping, restaurants, etc. Beautiful renovated property, easy contact with the host. Would stay their again.
Very roomy and comfortable spaces for 2 adult couples. Kitchen was a good size, beds, linens and towles were all nice. Location was great for walking downtown to King Street. Free parking in the back was especially appreciated. Upstairs was a little noisy when people entered, but we didn't hear it for too long. Lovely front porch seating for wine and cheese at the end of a day of siteseeing. We will book this again.
