Great Location

Other reviews warn about a timeshare presentation but we were never approached about that. It’s an old building so naturally it’s noisy but the front desk delivered a box fan at our request which helped a ton! Our room was even better than we thought it was going to be: very spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at 11:00pm without any issues as someone is there 24 hours a day. Very walkable location and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Spring break

My daughter and I had a studio on the second floor facing the street. It was advertised as each studio having a balcony or patio but no. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed it even without balcony. The building is older so you could hear the people walking back and forth in the room above us. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the location was awesome. It was a very nice experience in Charleston.

Had a great week here, even though a snowstorm shut the city down for three days. We stayed in a studio, #211 and were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a gas fireplace. It was nicely equipped for two people for a one week stay. We did hear people walking in the room above us, and sometimes music from the restaurant below. Comcast internet was extremely spotty to non-existent. Also, while there are two big screen TVs, the cable box does not provide an HD signal. Can’t beat the location though, and if we get back to Charleston, we will look to stay here again.

This is a great property. Would definitely stay here again. A little bit of noise if you’re on the second floor due to the bar downstairs, but nothing earplugs don’t resolve. Walking distance to all over downtown Charleston.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt. Der Empfang und der Gästeservice war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer wie beschrieben und auf dem Bildern. Die Dusche und der Wasserdruck waren klasse. Es gibt auch zwei Waschmaschinen inkl. Trockner und auch einen tollen Innenhof, in dem man auf die Waschmaschine warten kann. Parken kann man in einer Parkgarage nur 2 Min zu Fuß weg.

Location fantastic. We had queen room. Could sleep 4 so I thought 2 queen beds. Instead 2 rooms, 2nd one with sofa bed. Next time I’ll,ask for king or clarify about beds. Problem with online booking. We could walk to fine restaurants and many sites. Free shuttle to farther spots.
