"Hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to local attractions. Upon arrival we were notified of a wedding being held below our window and that the music would stop @ 10 pm. While it did stop at the promised time, it was not the peaceful and relaxing overnight stay we would have preferred."

"We planned this as a last-minute getaway to get away from the stress and constant hustle of work, find somewhere dog friendly, and just relax for a few days. This place ended up being exactly what we were looking for.John was a great host throughout the stay. He checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed, while also giving us plenty of space to enjoy the trip and do our own thing. You can tell he puts real effort into the property and the small details throughout the house. Everything felt thoughtful and well planned out instead of just being another rental house.My wife kept saying how much she liked that the house actually felt like a home instead of a vacation rental. It looked like it had everything you would need and felt comfortable the entire time we were there.The house and property were very clean and well maintained. The backyard and pool area were one of our favorite parts of the stay. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dog Snowball, and she absolutely loved laying around and looking outside through the glass doors.The location was also excellent. The beach access was very easy to get to since the house is only a few houses back from the beach, and one thing we really appreciated was that the beach never felt overcrowded.Overall this place gave us exactly what we needed — a peaceful, relaxing getaway that genuinely felt comfortable and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from C of C. Only wish we could’ve seen the ocean from the house. Picture must’ve been from a drone. Otherwise great house with plenty of space to spread out."

"The pool area is great as is the bar inside and out! The bartenders were fabulous and the food looked good (we had already eaten). I was not happy with the room, however. The window was so fogged between the panes you could not see out at all, there was no side table or nightstand on the side of the bed, and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning, especially the floor. I was disappointed and very surprised considering what we were paying for the room."
