There was minor ware on the unit, chips on the cabinets, small crack in the bathroom wall but all in all it was in good shape. I loved that there was a locked outside closet for ski and snowboard equipment. The only complaint I have is the hot tub, half the jets were not working. There was black scum on the walls.
