“Gorgeous property right outside of town. Nestled in the woods, its a quiet, picturesque, and ideal for a relaxing getaway (yet still 10 minutes to lots of great local attractions). The hosts are super responsive and we loved the boat charter. We plan to visit and enjoy this property again soon!”

“6 adults and 7 kids 8 and under - lots of fun and shenanigans in this house that provided enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The dining and kitchen spaces worked well for the group, allowing lots of play space in the open living area for the kids while adults cooked or chilled. Basketball hoop in the driveway was a nice plus for the older girls. Fire pit was great although we had to buy own wood. Well stocked kitchen was heavily used, with appliances all very adequate. “Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already……

“We had a wonderful family vacation at the Dune Cottage to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The views were breathtaking and 2 weeks later I’m still missing the beautiful sunsets. We saw lots of wildlife, including two bald eagles who sat by the water for over an hour one morning. We enjoyed walking the quiet beach every day looking for fossils and found a lot of Petosky stones. We had plenty of room for 6 adults. The home is spacious and the kitchen was great. There is no central air conditioning……
