「Excellent location and serene setting. Needed a good cleaning. Lots of insects. I needed the space for 5 adults (wife, mom, two 20 year old children) to get ready for a wedding. The small secondary shower is not useable as the stream output is very low (actually looked like no water was coming out) and will not rinse efficiently. Bring your body wash and shampoo. The dispensers are empty. Beds were comfortable and slept well.」

「This is an amazing home away from home! The location was as good as it gets! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We also chose to explore Lake Charlevoix by boat, and it was incredible! Joe, your host, was extremely hospitable. The rental was very well stocked. Shouldn't want or need much more. 「This home is an excellent property for a family or group. It's obvious that the property is well maintained and cared for by its owners. In fact, there were thoughtful touches throughout this charming house--including a nice bottle of wine! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with convenient dry goods. This house would be a really nice place to stay with children. Overall, the attentive owner and his excellent properties made for a wonderful weekend for my son's wedding.」

「Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

「Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

「Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. 」

「The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house.」
